In a self-reflexive call for action written for CoHousing.org, Jim Leach endorses the acknowledgment that although cohousing communities commit to a caring attention to diversity and inclusiveness, the road to claim a significant role in tackling inequality is still long. Leach calls attention upon the need for impactful actions within the cohousing movement, starting from meaningful collaborations and partnerships with other groups, networks and organisations doing the work, un-learning and combating racial inequalities.
