Das Grundstück Gaillardstrasse 13 wird von einem umfangreichen alten Baumbestand geprägt, der besonders an den Grundstücksgrenzen angesiedelt ist. Unser Entwurf geht vom Erhalt eines möglichst grossen Teiles dieses Baumbestandes aus. Der gesamte Blockinnenbereich verfügt über ca. 18.000 qm! grüne Fläche, die teilweise durch den angrenzenden, stillgelegten Friedhof gebildet wird.
