Bestimmende Projektidee war ein weitestgehend autofreier Wohnpark, bei dessen Gestaltung sowohl auf private als auch gemeinschaftliche Freiflächen und Gärten Wert gelegt wurde. Mit diesem Konzept sollen besonders jene Familien angesprochen werden, die auf der Suche nach Wohnungseigentum im Grünen das geliebte Innenstadtgefühl mit dem inspirierenden Leben in nachbarlicher Gemeinschaft kombinieren wollen.
